High shear homogenizer
The integrated scraped-wall emulsification system features dual high-shear emulsifiers coupled with a large-volume processing tank. This configuration enables the instantaneous, uniform, and fine dispersion/emulsification of insoluble solid, liquid, and gaseous phases through mature process parameters and synergistic interaction with precisely dosed additives. Following high-frequency recycling cycles, the system yields stable, high-quality end products.
