Introduction

1. The triple mixing adopts the imported frequency inverter for speed adjustment,which can meet different technological demands.
2. The homogenizing structure is made through China techology. The machine adopts the improted double-end mechanical seal effect.The maximum emulsifying rotation speed can reach 2800rpm.
3. The main tank body can heating and cooling by the electric heating.
4. The boiler body is welded with 3 layer imported SS plate, tank body and pipes adopts mirror polish whcih meet the GMP standard.

Product Details

Control Panel
The control panel displays various dataand controls the equipment temperature, mixing, homogenization, pressure date and so on.

Mixing system
Use one-way spiral ribbon mixing with scraping edge and bottom, with upper dispersion, which can make the materials fully and quickly blend evenly.

Electric Box Control System
Optional button system/ Siemens touch screen PLC system. To ensure the stability of the whole machine control, the electrical appliances are imported and can reach international standards.
